We wanted to take time to recount the positive experience we have had with Michael Saunders & Company and specifically with one of the A+++ associates Bill Eckler, Venice Office. Firstly, we spent considerable time doing our due diligence prior to hiring Bill Eckler as our Realtor for the sale of our Venice home. After extensive interviews with countless agents/brokers Bill was the most knowledgeable and professional agent we could find. Bill gave us the white glove treatment throughout the entire process! Simply put he ALWAYS looked out for our best interests, kept us 100% informed throughout and was always available for us any time of day/evening including weekends and holidays. We had moved out of state after our sale however decided it wasn’t the right move for us so we decided to buy back in Florida. There was not a question of who we would be hiring as our agent and broker. I had spent half a year on “Zillow” trying to find our next perfect Venice home. After spending countless hours on the internet it wasn’t Zillow who found us our perfect Venice home it was our Amazing Bill Eckler! Bill found a home for whatever reason I wasn’t able to find myself. It was the home I was looking for and perfect for our needs and wants. Bill understands his client's wishes and needs to a “T”. To say Bill Exceeded Our Expectations would be an understatement. Michael Saunders should know, Bill is exemplary in every aspect of what a successful company looks for in their people and I want to personally thank MS for hiring such an exemplary Realtor.

Joan McMahon did a superb job helping my family sell my father's condo in Venice. She did much more than the average broker and never once complained. I will definitely recommend her to anyone moving to the area and my siblings will use her if they buy there in the next few years. I have had several bad experiences with Florida brokers. Once you sign the purchase and sale agreement, they are nowhere to be found. They pawn you off on their assistant, while they go out looking for another victim! Fortunately, Joan and your company have restored my faith in the system. Thanks again!

We were very pleased with Reatha Valera’s services, especially since much of our interaction took place long-distance. She was always prompt in responding to questions, concerns and helping us think out loud as we processed various options.Building trust with a realtor is vital especially when considering properties in a state with which you are unfamiliar. Reatha took the time to understand our criteria, budget, and who we were as people. , I would just like to say that my experience with Lori Lutz was a pleasure! Even though she is relatively new to the field, she was on top of things at all times. I have two friends who live in the area, who joined me during my search for the "perfect" home, and they are in agreement with me that Lori is a complete professional and we all thoroughly enjoyed the time that we spent with her. I would like to give you a little background on how Lori came to assist me in my move from Michigan to Florida (my dream fulfilled!). I have an agent in Michigan whom I have known for many years. He does not know anyone is this area to recommend to me so he researched agents here and selected Debra Pitell-Hauge. Unfortunately, after some brief contact with me, Debra suffered the loss of her sister and was unable to continue as my agent. (Please express my sympathy to her at this difficult time.) I'm sure my experience with Debra would have been a satisfying one but, in the long run, I could not have been happier with Lori. If I am ever aware of anyone in need of real estate services, I will definitely recommend Michael Saunders & Company and, specifically, Lori Lutz.

She went above and beyond in every way possible to help us find the perfect home at the right price. She is so easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. We relocated here from out of state, and could not have done it so smoothly without her help.

Finding Karen as our Realtor was finding Gold. We are new to the PGI Community and Karen went so far above and beyond selling us a House, instead, she sold us a Beautiful “Warm Home” and by the end of it, we felt we were part of this Community. There are so many amazing things I can say about this Wonderful, Caring person. From her warm welcome, to giving us Lists with addresses and phone numbers of Reliable Companies we need to trust, to showing us around Downtown Punta Gorda and the Beautiful Restaurants and Parks. She helped us settle in and invited us to Dinners at some of the Best Restaurants in our New City. Besides showing us all the homes we felt we needed to see, which were many, she worked diligently getting us the Best Deal, which she certainly did and that is One of the Reasons she is their Top Agent. Buying our Beautiful New Home brought us to Karen as a Customer, now we have a Wonderful, Interesting, Smart and Caring Good Friend. That means more to us than just buying a “House” from some one.
