After our initial contact and subsequent date to view properties I became ill and had to postpone my visit. JJ stayed in touch without me feeling pressured. When I did arrive JJ had several homes scheduled for me to view and they were all within my criteria, but also were a nice range of places. I had told JJ that if I saw something that I liked I would buy it, but I was not going to buy just because I was travelling down from New York. To my pleasant surprise I liked what I saw and decided to put in an offer on one of the properties. Back at the office JJ assisted me in making an offer. We learned that the sellers had already accepted an offer, but JJ told me that the situation was not solid and my offer was next. The next day JJ called to tell me that my offer had been accepted. From there, JJ helped me find an attorney, inspection company, and title company, among other things. I would be signing closing documents in New York, but JJ advised me that that was common so there would be no worries. My biggest problem was with Chase Bank who would be handling my mortgage. Chase delayed the closing three (3) times, but all through this JJ stayed in touch. The process moved quicker than I had expected (except for Chase), but I never felt rushed or pressured thanks to JJ. If I become aware of any of my New York friends looking for a home in the Sarasota area, there is NO doubt that I will refer them to JJ.

Rudy and Allison were exemplary in our search for an income property in Siesta Key. They were patient and listened to our wish list and found us EXACTLY what we were Looking for. Inasmuch as this was a long distance transaction, Rudy and Allison made it seamless and explained every step along the way. We WILL be working with them again on our next our purchase.

EXCELLENT! Suki is one of my dearest friends. We were neighbors first, then friends and it has been 15 years. She seems to have endless energy and is a perfectionist when looking for exactly the right property for her customer. She has lived in Siesta Key/Sarasota most of her life and knows the area like the back of her hand. She is full of ideas and suggestions, but is NEVER that pushy realtor. My husband and I met Margaret at an open house. She was friendly and ready to help us, but not pushy. Margaret was easy to contact and readily available to answer questions or show us properties. Even though we weren’t sure whether to buy or continue to rent, Margaret kept in touch with us.
