It is hard to put into words just how wonderful we feel about Stacy Haas. We have wanted to sell our house for well over a year now. Unsuccessful the first time; Stacy convinced us to try a 2nd time. Within 41 days, our house was sold. Stacy not only sold our house quickly but also for a great price. She was there every step of the way, providing feedback after “every” showing….something we had not experienced the first time it was on the market. The feedback was invaluable. It helped us to remain optimistic through the process. We were absolutely certain that if interest was shown, Stacy would pursue it until the end, just one example of her tenacious personality. I am on my fifth deal with Stacy. Obviously, I think she's great. She is very knowledgeable, very professional and always responds timely. I bought a $1.2 million dollar condominium from her in 2008. Then sold my main residence through her in 2010. I also purchased an investment property in 2011 and sold it through her in 2012. I have recently written a contract to purchase another investment property with her. I have total confidence in her ability to market any priced property.

Stacy Haas represented me on the purchase of my home in Lakewood Ranch Country Club.
