We would personally like to share our great experience working with Kathy Callahan in your Longboat Key office. My husband and I decided we would like to try something a little different for the winter and head south. We had no idea which coast of Florida but friends gave us a few recommendations. We spent a week traveling and while in Tampa I told my husband I think we need to go back to Sarasota. Rodney and I loved Siesta Key, Longboat Key and the Sarasota area. So we headed back. Luckily, we happened to drive by your office in Longboat Key and just decided to turn in even though we were looking for a rental. This is where I feel Kathy was our “Little Angel”. She happened to be working around the front desk and offered to help. Even though she is in sales she said she would be glad to take our information and pass it on to your rental person. We left with a Michael Saunders folder, a few places to ride by, and a promise she would be back in touch. From this point Kathy made it her mission to find us a home for the winter. She called me the next day and found out we had started back to North Carolina. Kathy said I will look into a few places for you. She found three condos and face timed me while she walked through so I could see them. Kathy found the perfect condo for us! She negotiated price and everything we needed to complete the lease. This is our “Happy Ever After” ending. We loved Longboat Key! We played tennis, rode bikes, enjoyed restaurants and all the things that the area has to offer. Kathy kept in touch during our visit. We decided this was a special place and we needed to come back. Kathy showed us many properties and finally, the right condo with the most awesome view came on the market! We made a couple of trips back to Florida. Rodney and I are so happy to have our “Little home with the view”. It’s all because of Kathy Callahan. Kathy goes beyond her job description. Not only was she a wonderful realtor for us, I feel like I have a special friend. It was a true blessing turning into Michael Saunders and being greeted by Kathy.

Because of his use of vert effective pricing and marketing strategy, as well as his excellent interpersonal skills when working with customers and other agents, we were able to get the full asking price for our unit. We recently reluctantly sold our "Beach Bungalow" in the Riverview District of Bradenton. Linda Stowe was a delight. Though the house sold quickly, Linda still needed to run back and forth between Sarasota and 24th St NW in Bradenton. She did so willingly and somewhat frequently. She made the entire process as painless as possible. We would not have sold if the property taxes on a rather small residence had not become untenable. And, as we were targeting the Pensacola area for our new place of residence, your firm recommended we contact and work with Dione Dunn of Levin Rinke Realty of Gulf Breeze.Fabulous recommendation. I met Pamela via email/telephone over a year ago while still in Connecticut with my mother. We were trying to pull together my home of 20 years to put on the market. Fast forward, by September 2018, we were renting in Ellenton and vigorously pounding on doors with Pamela. Pamela Sweeney’s work ethic is tireless and upbeat, no question! No matter what we threw at her (and there was a lot), she responded in kind with compassion, knowledge, and understanding—truly a dedicated professional. Her experience in real estate and the Sarasota-Bradenton area shined through as did her enthusiasm and love of the area. It is easy to see that she enjoys working with people and does not readily become frustrated by their ‘baggage’—good thing because we came with a lot! During our time with Pamela, she not only extended herself as a professional but as a friend. We will be forever grateful to her for helping us to make this enormously stressful change in our lives. In November, I closed on my home and my 86 yo mother closed on her home in December 2018. We are still figuring things out, but with each day we are learning new things.
