I am writing to you on behalf of my parents, Angel & Susana P. (purchased on Driftwood), and myself (purchased on Southwood). We contacted Gladys Carrasco in February 2019 to set up appointments to view two properties. We were traveling from the Miami Area and had limited time to see and make offers on the properties. Gladys was a champion from day one! Gladys was not only professional and pleasant on the phone, but very accommodating when my mother had an accident and our plans changed last minute. Working with Gladys was always easy. She was accessible by email, text or phone whenever we needed her. She was never pushy and always open to showing us additional properties or changing the text on a contract we were writing. It was probably not easy handling 2 sales for family members simultaneously, but she did so with calmness and grace. With every step, Gladys was informative, patient, and trustworthy. She was present and helpful at our home inspections, walk-throughs, and closings. We felt like we were working with family. Your staff at MSC Title should also receive recognition. Both Jennifer Samano and Jennifer Crawford were excellent! They kept us informed of every step and handled any problems quickly and professionally. They were always pleasant to speak to and never made us feel like we were "one of many" closings they were handling. Please pass on our appreciation to those who helped us in this transition to Sarasota, and feel assured that we will recommend you to anyone we can.

I’m writing to sing the praises of Phyllis Garfinkel. She helped me purchase my villa in Village Walk and then sell my home in Deer Creek. There were many stressful times during the 10-month process (for me!), however, Phyllis always remained the epitome of calm professionalism, expert knowledge, and emotional support. As I look back, I don’t know how I could have gone through the process of buying/selling without her. Phyllis happens to be a personal friend of mine, and because of that I felt she was going above and beyond with all she did for me; however, I honestly suspect she does that for all her clients! Phyllis is most certainly a wonderful representative of Michael Sanders & Company!
