I cant begin to tell you what a stressful situation it is to buy a house from another state.Thank God I have angie on my team, she makes things happen like no other. Kristi Berger made buying our first home such a wonderful experience. As first time homeowners we had so many questions but Kristi was always able to help. She truly made it an easy process for us. Kristi was there for every step of this experience that seemed impossible when I started but with her help turned into such an amazing first time buying experience. We were able to schedule many viewings at potential homes and she was always so insightful at each one. I have recommended her to many of my friends and I would recommend her to anyone who asks. Whenever we choose to sell our home and buy again I have no doubt that I will be going to Kristi again.

We purchased our home from Linda 8 years ago and when it came time to list we never thought about anyone else other than Linda. She worked very hard for us, giving numerous updates, open houses, market reports, etc.

We had a great experience working with Tony Boothby while he helped us sell Florence Zox’s Sunset Towers condo in Sarasota. He was very helpful in locating resources for removing furniture and fixtures, general clean-up, and for doing minor repairs. He did a great job on the MLS listing and we closed the sale on March 22, within a month or so of its listing! Thanks to Tony for doing a very professional job!

Almost thirteen years ago I wrote expressing our absolute delight and pleasure in working with agent, Drew Russell, in the purchase of two homes and sale of one, in Sarasota.Here I am again, writing to extol the continued praise of Drew and his assistant Dawn Deltour. My husband passed away suddenly almost three years ago and I realized that my house was more than I wanted to deal with any longer. I contacted Drew to explore my living options in downtown Sarasota. After many viewings in different downtown areas, I purchased a condo unit at The Mark. We put my home on the market at the end of October and closed on the sale, April 17th. Drew did an excellent job at marketing my home with beautiful photos and the utilization of all the marketing tools available. He was steadfast, persistent and consistent throughout the process. I think his greatest assets to your company are his complete and total honesty, his calming demeanor and consistently positive attitude! Besides all that, he’s just a really nice person with great values. I have been and continue to be, an extremely satisfied customer of Michael Saunders & Co. because of Drew, and have referred others.

Joanne Hammar was recommended as a realtor to me by a friend who bought a home from Joanne and her husband at Sarasota Natl, Venice Florida. I met with Joanne on March 16, 2019. I found Joanne to be very professional, very patient and “no pressure“. On March 16, I put a deposit on a home in Sarasota Natl with the understanding that it was subject to my husband’s approval. Joanne guided us every step of the way and actually represented us at the title company since we were snowbirds and could not be in Florida for the closing of our new home Although we hired a person to check the new house, we have had some problems with the AC system and tonight I called Joanne because our house checker was out of town. Joanne and her husband went over to our house and found the temperature in the house to be 114°. She followed this up with phone calls to us, to customer care at Sarasota Natl, phone calls to conditioned air, the AC company and multiple phone calls and texts to me. She did her best to ameliorate the problem. This was certainly above and beyond anything I would expect of a realtor. In fact, my husband and I have bought five homes over the 45 years of our marriage and although we have always been treated nicely by our realtors we have never been shown the consideration that Joanne has shown to us. Not only did Joanne go to our house tonight but she is going to follow it up with a visit to the house tomorrow to make sure that the AC is repaired.I felt that Joanne was a great realtor before tonight’s occurrence but now I feel that she is one of the most outstanding realtors I have ever met. She has made a very stressful situation much easier for me and my husband to accept.We do not only think of Joanne Hammar as our realtor but we also think of her as a friend. We are truly thankful to have met her.

We would like to take a moment to tell you the wonderful client service we experienced while Shirley and Sherwin Taradash represented us in the selling of two of our Lakewood Ranch properties: 4026 Four Seasons Cir., and our newly sold home at 1914 Crooked Lake Cir. Both homes sold quickly and are grateful for the expertise the Taradash's brought to the successful selling of our homes and the purchasing of other properties. We are most saddened in experiencing the recent passing of Shirley Taradash and all that she was both as a dear friend and personal realtor. We have and will continue to recommend Sherwin to family, friends, and neighbors should they have need of a trusted realtor at a future date.
