Susan was a champion in every sense of the word. She was always available for us and always hustling for us. Because of the illegitimacy of one of the buyers Susan had to perform double work. She did this with alacrity and without complaint. There are not enough positive things I can say about Susan in this transaction. We have bought and sold several homes through Susan and have never been disappointed. She becomes a sellers advocate for her clients and yet does this in a charming and productive way. Hopefully, we are done buying and selling property in Sarasota however if we should do this we will contact Susan again.

"We were very fortunate to have an amazing Realtor, Grace Bergeron, when we relocated from Massachusetts a few years ago. Grace gave us her full attention and kept assuring us that we would find the house that suited our needs and wants. She kept in contact with us regularly until we closed on the house, letting us know that things were moving along and answering any and all questions I've had. She was always one phone call or e-mail away. It didn't matter the time of day or if it was a weekend. She even did the walkthrough for us and the closing since we were not able to. We had the opportunity to meet Susie Porter while going through a model home that Porter Contracting had built on Boundary Boulevard in Rotonda. She was extremely helpful showing us several lots that were available in the area to build on. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her, and the purchasing process was easier than expected. David Perkowski was our agent. We called him to see some listings while we were in town and he responded quickly with the 3 we wanted to see and 3 more he found in Heritage Oaks. His experience at Heritage Oaks was really key for us. Since he was a rental agent there, he could answer many of our questions. We found one we really liked Unit 1021 but, we didn’t act. We went back to Michigan. David gave us time but, checked in with us and let us know when the property dropped in price. He negotiated a price and terms both sides agreed to. He continued to support us through our purchase and closing. We would recommend he and Michael Saunders & Company in the future.

I listed my house through Susan Katanic after two miserable experiences with agents at two other companies. To say I was frustrated and discouraged until Susan came into my life isan understatement. I have been a professional all of my life and give it my all. Susan turned out to be the ultimate professional and gave it her all, much to my benefit. Susan made her assessment, made suggestions (which I followed), and worked continuously and energetically to sell my beautiful home. Susan's attention to detail is mind-boggling. Things that I had missed and which were missed by other agents and contractors came to her immediate attention. Knowing that life is in the details, I realized that Susan not only knows her stuff but is committed to doing her best for her clients, as well as for potential buyers. It took a while to sell this house but I was flabbergasted that the buyer was someone who Susan said would buy the house after his first viewing. I had written this buyer off especially with his seeming vacillation and his agent representing him. After seven visits to the house and many discussions with Susan, the offer was made and I accepted. Everything from the signing to the closing worked seamlessly because of Susan. Again her Rolodex of professionals needed for inspections and some repairs are impeccable. But most important to this successful enterprise was Susan's full commitment to me, her client. I will, of course, recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a GREAT agent.

This was my first home buying experience being solo!I called Michael Saunders & Company's 800-number on a Saturday to see if I could see a house being sold by another realtor that didn’t have time to show me To my surprise I met Danelle Haag and Gigi Kuster who came to meet me and show me a house. That day led to a business and friendship that we started that day. I ended up selling listing my house with them and buying that house. It was scary and exciting and all the time I knew they had my back and they helped me with all the bumps along the way. Two completely different agents who worked very well together. I was impressed with everyone. The closing agents and the loan agents and everyone in between - you have an A-plus team
