We recently closed on a vacation home in Venice Florida (Plantation) and Troy Haynes was our "buyer" agent. We really enjoyed working with Troy. He was both friendly but professional, relaxed and yet punctual when we needed anything. We were in Minnesota for much of the time before the closing. But he stepped us through the whole process with nary a hiccup. As a result, we are thoroughly enjoying our new home having experienced very little stress throughout the buying process. Helene is the consummate Real Estate professional. She has a high energy level which translates into getting things done thoroughly, correctly, and on time. She has good contact list of vendors if repairs or adjustments are required, and keeps her clients well informed during all stages of the sale and through the point of closing. I've been involved with more than a dozen real estate transactions, and none went more easily than the one with Sonya Smith. She was professional but fun to work with. She sold our property in less than two months from listing to closing, and we realized more than we'd anticipated in terms of price. If you need help with real estate, you won't get better service than from Sonya Smith!
