Our entire home search and home buying process through MSC was very straightforward, stress-free and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with Debra’s attention to what type of home we were looking for, the price range we wanted to stay within, and her total professionalism throughout the home search process and eventually writing a contract and taking us step by step through to the closing.We have purchased 3 homes over the years prior to this purchase and Debra outshined every other realtor we ever worked with.Our specific requirements, of what we were looking for this time, were really strict and not an easy task to find us a home that fit. Debra was patient and never made us feel that our requirements were impossible and kept encouraging us that we would indeed find the right home and to keep looking until we found exactly the right one. We did find the perfect home that met all our requirements and even exceeded what we thought we would be able to purchase on our budget.This house is the perfect house for our retirement and we look forward to spending many years here.We really appreciate Debra and wanted to give her recognition for all her hard work. Sherrey Welch is very dedicated to the job and her customers! She had been helping me for months before I even listed my home, suggesting improvements and maintenance that would make the sale faster, easier, and more profitable. She hired the best photographers and put together a great flyer for the website. Sherrey had the yard sign put up on Tuesday, the photographers out on Wednesday, and the Open House on Sunday. Thanks to her professionalism, we received a cash offer that day and settled on the selling price on Monday. I don’t even know what she had to do to get the closing together because it all went so smoothly. I assume that she had a lot to do with how easy everything was for me!! 5 stars from me!!

I was extremely impressed with the diligence and efficiency of Daria Spina who dealt with our house purchase. Throughout the entire process, Daria was prompt, clear in her explanations, and very quick to reply to my many queries and questions. Her diligence made the negotiations very straightforward, and she was an absolute joy to deal with. I will, without hesitation, absolutely recommend the services of Daria to friends and neighbors.
