Both Joni and Randy are masters of their trade. We bought our first house here 10 years ago. We love taking a home from its worst state and bringing it back to life. I am a builder and master finish carpenter from Massachusetts and Maryann has that knack for the design, start to finish. we will look at a lot of homes before we see a vision in one and Joni and Randy have the patients to work with us. it is always so much fun to see their faces when we complete our home. Because I've covered so many people, places and things in Charlotte and Sarasota counties as a newspaper reporter, I underestimated how much I would learn. However, through Leadership Englewood, I took the time to enjoy learning the behind the scenes of these programs and places. It's amazing how open the owners and administrators were to our group. More importantly, I m met 15 people who have become real friends. We've already bonded. I honestly believe because each of us brings something different to the table, we will remain friends and continue doing good for others because we understand hard work, dedication and selflessness. I would recommend Leadership Englewood to anyone open to new experiences and a additional Charlotte and Sarasota County resources.

As we all know, the process of buying and selling a home and planning a move is a challenging one. If you have an experienced, caring and hard working realtor your process is mitigated to a large extent. We were fortunate enough to have Monica Verinder as our realtor for a very smooth transition from setting up our home for sale, through the final closing. An additional bonus was her selling our home within the first week! My husband and I are happy to highly recommend Laura and Stuart Lawrence as realtors. They sold our house at asking price within 4 weeks. They made having open houses each week a priority and our buyer saw our house by stopping in to our open house. They are both charming and dynamic and a pleasure to be with.
