Our buying experience with Jennifer was perfect she was always in our corner. She understood what we were looking for in relocating from the Midwest and with her depth of experience and knowledge of the area and market we found the perfect house in a great area. Home buying for us was a new experience Having little knowledge of today’s processes we depended on Carla from initial house hunting to the final closing. She was with us every step of the way and always made herself available to accommodate all of our needs and answer all of our questions. Even after closing she continues to assist us in acclimating to an area we are not familiar with and with whatever services needed. She is terrific. In our recent real estate transaction involving the purchase of a home in Venice, Florida, we were very fortunate to have worked with Magda Whelton. Throughout the entire process, Magda was a consummate professional. She exceeded all our expectations. She responded quickly and professionally to any question we had from negotiating on the property through closing. She was extremely knowledgeable and was always supportive. JJ was a great resource and a trusted friend by the end of our process. We were buying a condo as a second home and couldn't be there every time a new listing came up. JJ would drop everything and go to the new listing, taking pictures and video for us. We've already recommended her to some friends who are looking to do the same thing we did. She was able to help us find a better condo with more amenities than we ever thought we'd be able to purchase. Plus it's in a perfect location for us. She even offered to drive us to the airport and loan us a bed to sleep on when we came the first time to visit our condo. She made the whole process so easy and we felt very informed along the way. It was a lot different to purchase property in Florida than in our home state of Indiana.
