Investing in a Florida vacation home has been a dream for many years, and we were finally able to pull the trigger last summer with the help of Diana. I decided to make things happen finally by planning a long weekend trip and selecting 5 properties to view, simply contacting Diana as she was the listing agent for my favorite home. So happy I made that call as I would give her a score of over 100%, or eternal stars for her caring performance and getting us over the finish line. First of all the woman always answers her phone! That is so impressive in today's world! I really don't remember needing to leave her a message, and if so she's a rapid response kinda gal. I also found her personality to be one of great caring and concern for her client and would recommend her to anyone seeking to do this. We met on a Saturday morning and she drove me to our list of properties. Everything was well organized and she came prepared with research for me not only on our selected homes but also helped us see what similar houses had sold for in those neighborhoods. This information was invaluable to us as we were looking at several "as is" sites and had no idea where to start with an offer. I would also praise Diana for her patience, as she was very gracious with her time. I really enjoyed talking to her and felt comfortable asking dumb questions. Good lord... this is a complex and scary process and she was there holding my hand every step of the way. She gave me a thorough understanding of all the steps involved and put me in touch with some wonderful people who now do contract work for us on our newly purchased home. So again I would like to commend her for problem-solving skills...she helped me through the craziness of the inspection process while being out of town and not able to be at the house. Diana acted on my behalf during numerous circumstances that enabled us to finally purchase our home. We simply could not have done this without her and that type of assistance! She made this happen. I would highly recommend Michael Saunders & Company and of course put anyone in touch with Diana Fischer for all these numerous reasons and then some. Our family now owns a little piece of heaven and we are loving it so much! And I tell everyone that Florida is not only the "sunshine state" because the big yellow ball comes out every day... the sunshine is also reflected in so many smiles and lovely people who try to help others, and that is a wonderful thing!

I want to let you know how wonderful it was to work with Lloyd during my transition to my new life. And I must say that I sit poolside on my lanai and still can't quite believe that I am here surrounded by all this beauty. My home is even lovelier than I imagined and I will be very very happy in Sarasota. Lloyd made this transition just about effortless. I know he put in many hours and I felt as though I was sitting back watching him do all the work while I had all the fun. His real estate expertise and his delightful personality made this experience so pleasant. I could not have asked for anything more.

I just closed on a property in the Plantations in Venice FL. Mr. Scott Johnston of Michael Saunders & Company was my realtor. To be honest, we were working with other brokers in the surrounding area, looking for a property that met our requirements for both location and price. Scott did a fantastic job for us. He was knowledgeable about everything in the Plantations; new roofs, plumbing updates, HOA nuances - everything. His knowledge ensured that we made a fair offer, taking into consideration the status of the roof on the property and the fact that the HOA is underfunded. We won't get blindsided by an unanticipated special assessment. He was also expert at closing. He recommended the right title company - they were both thorough and timely. He recommended the right home inspection service - they used an Infrared Sensor to identify leaks in the roof. When we ran into a problem that the HOA roofer couldn't find the problem to correct it, Scott used the contract to identify a third party, acceptable to both Seller and Buyer, who confirmed the findings of the original home inspection and ultimately resulted in the roof being repaired prior to closing. And he navigated all this on our behalf as we were out of state for the entire process. Scott really looked out for my best interests, his knowledge of the Plantations and the local contractors was invaluable. I will certainly recommend him to others looking to buy.

George performed in an outstanding manner as a realtor for us. We also grew to value him for his great character. He held or arranged for several open houses for our property. He thought of many ways to improve its attractiveness. He took several initiatives on his own, after consulting us, to market it. He spent a great deal of his own time working for a sale for us. After we received an offer, he helped us beneficially during the inspection phase and in the negotiation of the final details.We would recommend him 100%

Our experience was great. Crystal is the best - perfect blend of empathy for both parties’ needs, kindness and professionalism. Also, her communication responsiveness was so good! She was very professional and genuinely cared about both parties’ needs. She went the extra five miles to succeed with a closing in a very short time frame that we had requested. We really appreciated her manner and would definitely recommend her to others. We have worked with many realtors over the years; she is by far the best.
