Drew Russell is an exceptional Agent. He always had answers for our questions and exceptionally aware of anything we wanted to discuss. When I say we, my daughter was an asset to me guiding through the sale of my home. I cannot give Drew enough thanks for guiding us through this entire sale. Joanne Hammar was recommended as a realtor to me by a friend who bought a home from Joanne and her husband at Sarasota Natl, Venice, Florida. I met with Joanne on March 16, 2019. I found Joanne to be very professional, very patient and “no pressure“. On March 16, I put a deposit on a home in Sarasota Natl with the understanding that it was subject to my husband’s approval. Joanne guided us every step of the way and actually represented us at the title company since we were snowbirds and could not be in Florida for the closing of our new home Although we hired a person to check the new house, we have had some problems with the AC system and tonight I called Joanne because our house checker was out of town. Joanne and her husband went over to our house and found the temperature in the house to be 114°. She followed this up with phone calls to us, to customer care at Sarasota Natl, phone calls to conditioned air, the AC company and multiple phone calls and texts to me. She did her best to ameliorate the problem. This was certainly above and beyond anything I would expect of a realtor. In fact, my husband and I have bought five homes over the 45 years of our marriage and although we have always been treated nicely by our realtors we have never been shown the consideration that Joanne has shown to us. Not only did Joanne go to our house tonight but she is going to follow it up with a visit to the house tomorrow to make sure that the AC is repaired.I felt that Joanne was a great realtor before tonight’s occurrence but now I feel that she is one of the most outstanding realtors I have ever met. She has made a very stressful situation much easier for me and my husband to accept.We do not only think of Joanne Hammar as our realtor but we also think of her as a friend. We are truly thankful to have met her.

I want to inform you how happy I have been with our dealings with Susan Katanic. She sold our villa in Lakecrest Place for us last spring and helped us find another place here in Sarasota. She has held my hand and done everything she could to make it easy for us to transition. She was recommended to me by a person she had helped find a place. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place here in Sarasota. She is patient and kind as well as being extremely knowledgeable on how to present a house for sale. I give her an A-plus rating. If I could give Genny 10 stars, I would — she is a top-notch realtor and did a marvelous job selling my Punta Gorda condo. From the beginning I was so pleased — I liked the detailed way she described my property and was pleased with the accompanying photos, which were beautiful. We received offers of contracts immediately. Unfortunately, the first potential buyer backed out within the allotted time frame, but within one day Genny immediately found another interested buyer. What impressed me was her quick, proactive networking with other realtors and follow-ups with people inquiring after the property. I very much appreciated her patient and kind explanations to my questions and concerns, particularly before signing a contract, as well as her quick responses to emails, phone calls, and texts. Genny comes across as very kind, gentle and soft-spoken with an excellent handle of the current market and negotiation skills. She is extremely pleasant to work with, and I would not hesitate again asking her to sell or purchase property. I highly recommend Genny Ramachandran as your next realtor.

A note to let you know how helpful Sherry was to me in my successful search for a new location here on LBK.
