We have used Anna Wagenseil as our real estate representative on two different condo purchases and the subsequent sale of one of those condos. Natalie was a breath of fresh air. We were out of state buyers looking to purchase a vacation home in Sarasota. Although we’ve moved all over the country this was our first experience purchasing a 2nd home and in a market we were not familiar with. Natalie was exceptional in her knowledge of the market place and her willingness to spend significant time with us visiting homes. What has impressed me most was her willingness to assist us in the post closing process. Our experience with Kathy Harman was definitely the best one in many ways. We had listed our house with another real estate agent and it had been on the market for over 250 days. We approached Kathy by phone since we reside in Canada and had a couple of discussions with her prior to signing up with Kathy and Michael Saunders. We knew right away she would be a better option than our current one. We undertook a minor renovation to help sell the house and Kathy was instrumental in helping us arrange the various contractors involved including painters, landscapers and a decorator. She was always willing to go that extra mile to help us in any way she could. When we received the offer, Kathy was very good with the entire negotiation between us and the buyer. After the house sold we finally met her to sign the paperwork and had some time to get to know her even better. She was professional, efficient and super helpful throughout the entire listing, selling and closing process. Cheryl is wonderful!!! I had been looking at properties on my own for almost 3 years. I had a long checklist for my new place and all the boxes had to be checked.
