Jan and I met Elizabeth initially through a buyer-friend. When deciding to sell our home we wanted Elizabeth to be our agent without question! Despite owning the home under three years; Elizabeth assumed a tough re-sale role, because it was ‘above-pricing’ for the neighborhood. Nevertheless, Elizabeth, was spectacular and gifted with the patience of a saint. My wife and I, wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth and the Michael Saunders Realty team! This was not our first home sale and it was a relief to know Elizabeth knew her business and her market. She came to the initial meeting and all-others afterwards with valued information and home points. We had a great time in this condo with our friends who stayed for the month of March 2019. We were in residence from February 17 until the end of March. The condo was neat and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The TV in the second bedroom was not hooked up to cable and therefore was unusable during our stay which was a little inconvenient. The location of the condo is wonderful with the convenience of being right across the street from the ocean and being able to walk to many restaurants and pubs, and the Moose Club was just down the street. With the free trolley service, we only used our car if we left the island.

My wife and I decided to sell our home after our children were gone and I retired.
