From the moment that we met her to look at 13 homes in one day, she made us feel like we were the most important clients that she had ever had. She took her time and answered all of our questions with great knowledge and we never felt rushed. She even had additional properties for us to view that we had not selected but that she thought might meet our criteria. After spending most of the day touring properties we went to visit a model home at Fireside Builders. This was at the request of others that were with us that is working with another builder to compare what Fireside had to offer. Well....once we had toured the model home we were absolutely convinced that our money would be better spent purchasing a lot an building our dream home. We let Janet know that this was going to be our course of action and she offered to assist with finding the lot as well. She was available to us all along the way until we found a lot that we were interested in which was not listed as for sale. She went above and beyond for us by locating the owners (which was not an easy task) and contacting them on our behalf. She was able to secure a price and did everything that we needed to have done in order to purchase the land at a very small commission for herself. She then referred us to the title company and as of January 18, 2019, we are the proud owners of our land in Venice Beach. We then reached out to her again to ask for her recommendation for an insurance company to supply us with an estimate for homeowners insurance which was required by our lender for the purchase of our home. Of course, she was happy to oblige and we are absolutely thrilled with her recommendation. We just cannot say enough about this woman and her customer service.

What could be better than having your house sold in one day with two offers at asking full price? We think that speaks volumes! We believe that Nancy Phillips and Beth Ann Boyer were able to make that happen for us in several ways - 1.) They guided and helped prep our home before putting it on the market. 2.) The pictures chosen for the MLS and Virtual Tour were impeccable! 3.) Their negotiating skills, utmost professionalism, and kindness sealed the deal! We cannot rave enough about them, and to us, they feel like family. They're remarkable people, and remarkable as a team. Truly...Their knowledge, motivation and nonstop determination are a rarity.

My selling and buying situation became complicated and frustrating, and Dana handled each situation calmlyand professionally. She was recommended to me by friends who enjoyed their experiences with her, but morethan that, came to respect and enjoy her as a person. Dana is warm and engaging, and equally as proficientand knowledgeable in her field. I genuinely appreciated having her as my agent during all the disappointments in the process.When my purchase contract fell through on the day of closing and I had nowhere to go, she offered solutions and workedwith me and others to get a new contract in 2 days and a closing in 14 days, remarkable and extraordinary! It was clear in my observations of her in closings and other meetings that she has developed positive and productive relationships with others in different aspects of the real estate business. To be honest we tried to sell our condo on our own but obviously with no success.Once we contacted Malihe and told her our situation and timeline she went the extra mile to perform her due diligence and sold our condo in just twelve days. Needless to say, she unequivocallyexceeded our expectations. You should also know that I interviewed several other realtors prior to Malihe, but they couldn't hold a candle compared to her. She truly is an asset to Michael Saunders & Company, and trust me when we say you are quite fortunate to have her on your team.

Recently, Diane and I had the privilege of working with Kathleen Griffin in the selling of our home and the buying of another in the Venice area.
