I listed my house with your agency through Susan Katanic after two miserable experiences with agents at two other companies. To say I was frustrated and discouraged until Susan came into my life, is an understatement. I have been a professional all of my life and give it my all. Magda listened to us and we to her! By doing this she heard us and we heard her. This process was invaluable and it sold our house in a short amount of time. Once the house went under contract, Magda proved even more invaluable as she took care of all of the details involved in getting from contract to closing.
