We first met Dana when she was showing us (and our broker) one of her listings in a high-rise downtown. She was well informed and extremely helpful. Based on what we told Dana about the sort of home we wanted, she suggested another property across the hallway that was not her listing. The other property was perfect. Dana went beyond the call of duty, and she certainly exceeded our expectations. We hired her to sell our own home!

We were small potatoes for him but he treated us like we were his only client. Did a tremendous job of negotiating and following up on our behalf. Definitely would use him again and refer him to friends.

SANDI is a true professional . She was on top of her game from our initial meeting to listing thru closing . She exceeded all our expectations , sold our home quickly for the full asking price . She is pleasant , easy to work with , provided candid input and direction in our best interest to optimize value . She charted and piloted a successful course from beginning to end of the sale process. We intend to use SANDI on the next step , a home purchase , now that she has sold our home. We have bought and sold much real estate in our 45 years of marriage and have dealt with some fine and competent agents/brokers. None of them exceeded the competence, kindness, and assistance provided by Sue and Ken Parr. Their attention to detail, helpful suggestions, and time management made the entire process a pleasure and they appear to do all this effortlessly. We know it's not. They were referred to us by trusted friends and then proceeded to exceed our high expectations. We wouldn't use anyone else in the area for real estate services. Five star in every respect.

Sharon was excellent and if she didn’t have an answer to a ? I asked she quickly found out and answered it. She talked just the right amount. Gave us space but was near if we had things to discuss. Would enjoy working with her in the future.
