From our initial listing appointment, during the marketing of our home, the contract negotiations and the process leading to the closing on our home, Paul's support has been wonderful. It was clear his objective was to deliver great service to us and to make sure we received the best price, terms and conditions on the sale of our home. He was clearly committed to do it right not just do it quick to get payment of his commission. He handled every step of the transaction as if it was the sale of his own, personal home. When we first started our search for a Realtor, we wanted to sign on with the best. Tama did everything she said she would do. Between this being an estate sale and my brother and I residing in Ohio there were quite a few loose ends. Her approach to the matter was a “let’s get it done mantra.” We would recommend Tama and your company to anybody going through an estate sale.

We’ve had a great experience working with Kathy to initially evaluate multiple communities all the way to closing on our new home at Esplande on Palmer Ranch. Kathy took time to support our remote closing with the follow-up walkthrough taking great pictures for us. She’s very responsive, always cheerful, willing to help and provide thoughtful suggestions.

My situation was unique in that I live in South Carolina now and didn’t want to come to Sarasota unless absolutely necessary to facilitate the sale of the home. Jonnie was my eyes and ears and legs. She coordinated the refurbishing of the home and gave me honest opinions about what needed to be done to get ready for the market. I appreciated her advice to wait until the home was perfect before putting it on the market…even though I was chomping at the bit because I was no longer getting rental income. We made a great team because, as a retired Realtor, I knew that pricing the home competitively at the start often saves you money in the long run. Again, as a retired Realtor, I am clear about what to expect from my real estate professional. Jonnie exceeded my expectations in every way. So an experience that could have cost me sleepless nights was actually enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jonnie to anyone needing help with marketing or purchasing a home, particularly in the Lakewood Ranch area.

We hired Autumn to help my mom sell her condo and find a new home. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a consummate professional. Phone calls and emails were returned immediately and she always followed up with what she said she was going to do. If she didn't know the answer to something, she would always find someone who did. She worked extremely hard at trying to sell my mom's house. She held open houses, sent postcards to the neighbors, kept us updated on what kind of feedback we were getting from potential buyers, and helped us stage our house to showcase its best features. When it came time for us to look for a new place, she took the time to get to know what we wanted and liked and was extremely patient with us. We had interviewed several realtors for this process, and we chose Autumn because of her knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and most importantly, because she wasn't pushy like some other realtors we had met. Her personality is always upbeat and positive. And to top it off, she is an animal lover who got along famously with our dog, which was important to us! Autumn goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a realtor. Not only was she a great resource for all things home related, but she even offered to help us pack and unpack our stuff! She treated us like family. We are proud to say that Autumn isn't just our realtor, but she now is also our friend. We wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.
