Kathy is a no nonsense realtor who knows her job and knows how to sell a home for the best price in the shortest time. Kathy sold my home for asking price in less than 24 hours. Not only did she sell my house,she bought it to closing without drama, hand wringing and bickering. All of which makes for a wonderful experience. If you want a realtor to do the same for your property then Kathy Valente should be your Realtor.

Doug went above and beyond to help with the sale of a condo. He truly gave great service and was willing to help in any way needed, including recommendations for moving companies, cleaning services, scheduling needed repair work, etc. The sale of the condo would not have been possible without his help. I am very appreciative of how personable and helpful he was.

We worked with Christy Neff for over a year before we ever met her. She listened to what we said we wanted and sent us photos and descriptions of many listings. Additionally, she mailed us useful material pertaining to Lakewood Ranch properties and Sarasota. We finally met in March 2019 when we scheduled a appointment with her. She spent several hours showing us Lakewood Ranch and properties -- both old and new. Christy has a winning personality and is certainly very knowledgeable of LWR and Sarasota. Although we have decided not to buy a house in Sarasota, we certainly enjoyed working with her and we have already referred her to another potential buyer.

I am certain you have heard this before,but my experience with Barbara May in the search, negotiation, close and follow-up has been beyond compare. And I have bought quite a few pieces of real estate. Barbara knows the business, knows the local real estate market, knows how to work with both the buyer and the seller and understands the concept of great customer service.
