We had our house on the market with another realtor for six months with no offers. Kathy came in, recommended a few small projects and some staging.We did what she said and it immediately generated interest and some offers with contingencies that we chose not to take. We listed in late summer and within 3 months our house was sold. I can't tell you how grateful we are that we found her. We also appreciated Michael Saunders' caravan of realtors taking a look at our home after it was listed and providing advice. That was useful to us. Kathy is a fabulous realtor - she knows the business well and works extremely hard. She knew the people at every open house by their names, their interests and she came to other realtors' showings to market our home. We had never heard of a realtor doing this. Even though we were in Minnesota already, she kept in great contact with us and with our son who was still in our Florida home, providing updates and information without me having to call. We were not used to this level of proactive communication, and it was just wonderful. She went beyond what any realtor I had ever heard of would do, even stopping over and helping me de-clutter my garage when I flew down to quickly get it done. It's obvious she really loves her job and she sincerely cares about the people who are trying to sell their home and those trying to find a home. My opinion of Kathy as a realtor comes not just from her sale of our home. We contacted her to help us after she sold our neighbor's home in 3 days. He had it listed with another realtor prior to that for seven months. When Kathy initially walked in to take a look at our house, she met my 25-year-old college student son Jonathan who was living in the house and talked with him. He called me afterward and said, "Mom, I think she's going to be good. She's really detailed and seems really determined. I think it might be good to have a woman realtor." I do too, if that woman is Kathy Bergloff.

My wife Pat and I first met David French about a year and a half ago at an open house in northwest Bradenton. Although we were not interested in that specific listing nor ready to buy we casually discussed our criteria for housing once we were ready to become Florida residents. David added our names to a weekly MSC e-mail and put us in touch with a MSC associate in Venice since we were also interested in that area. In August 2018 we sold our Indiana home and moved to our Village Green (Bradenton) villa. Soon after in the weekly MSC e-mail I spotted a listing that was of interest and we did a drive by followed by a phone call to David. Not only did David recall talking to us, he still had notes of what we would be looking for. We set a time for a viewing and decided to make a full price offer the same day. Throughout this transaction David provided timely notifications for completing way too much paperwork, inspections and still totally satisfied all of our needs. Thank You, David.I also facetiously refer to David as a TWOFER or a BOGO. After closing on our purchase and moving in we invited David to evaluate our Bradenton villa to sell. We agreed on a listing price and again signed way too many papers but completed the sale within 75 days from listing to closing. Again, we were perfectly satisfied with David’s performance and are willing to recommend him to others if the opportunity arises.

Linda Thompson helped us find our new home. It has been several months since the purchase, and I apologize for taking so long to send you my feedback. The truth is, Linda deserves a medal for all we put her through. My husband and I actually bought a home in Port Charlotte, therefore traveling Linda far away from her usual base. I know this wasn't easy for her. It was time consuming and put her in a crunch at times. We are very much appreciative of her professionalism, patience, and determination to be sure that we were happy! We will always be thankful to Linda. And certainly recommend her as the best and most knowledgeable real estate agent to work with.

Linda Thompson was the realtor we dealt with in helping with the sale of a house in Gulfport, FL and looking for an investment condominium in Sarasota in order to complete a 1031 exchange. She located a realtor who was able to guide us in the sale in Gulfport and helped achieve a cash sale within 30 days of putting our property on the market. After this was completed she took time and gave advice as we looked for the best purchase to meet our needs and most of all our wants. She never made us feel that we were taking up her time needlessly, took the time to show us multiple properties in different locations so we were sure of our choice. She was knowledgeable in the area. We feel Linda went the extra mile to show us the property which we ended up purchasing, multiple times at our request. She was able to help negotiate problems when the selling realtors did not complete things and was very instrumental in making this purchase a success in the time frame we were looking for. We would definitely recommend her and utilize her services again if needed.

My wife Kathy and I are very pleased with our new home. A great part of the satisfaction was the buying process. Mr. John Coutret managed the transaction from finding the right house, facilitating the process from the negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement, through the closing. We have been working with David D'Angelo and we are very pleased with our interactions. When we started out our search, we were considering a resale. But after viewing more than 30 homes, we decided that it would be best to build. David introduced us to several builders so that we could consider all options as we continued to look at resales. We are continuing to work with David through the builder TJ Nutter Construction. We have really enjoyed our interactions with David, who was originally recommended to us by some friends who recently purchased a home in Sarasota with him. In turn, we have already recommended David to additional friends of ours who may be considering a move to the area. I think it speak volumes of David's capabilities to have true friends recommend a realtor.

We are very pleased with our agent Erin Halstead. She was wonderful to work with.Not only her professionalism but her kindness and caring of our needs and wants. She truly was concerned about us asked all the right questions and didnt lead us on goose chases with the wrong type of clients. She went above and beyond to help us. We cant say enough nice things about her and how she helped us from start to finish. We are very very happy that we changed realtors!!!
