Every once in while lyou meet an individual that is so professionally skilled and genuinely caring that it gives you pleasant pause. John is that individual for me. Although John does not handle vacation rentals on LBK, which we were looking for, he spent a good amount of time searching rental listings for me, suggestions options for us , using his professional network and paving the way for us with rental listing agents. On top of that, he checked in with me frequently to see how our search was going and said that his goal was to help us find a place that we could be happy in. If you are looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly for you, wants to spend time getting to know your particular needs/desires and is also a wonderful person - you can’t go wrong with John.

Sorry, we thought we had replied a few weeks ago. We must have done something wrong. Our experience was great. Crystal was very professional and genuinely cared about both parties needs. She went the extra five miles to succeed with a closing in a very short time frame that we had requested. We really appreciated her manner and would definitely recommend her to others. Without Dana we would still be looking for a house. She went out of her way to help us and brought Don along as needed. Feel like we have a new friend. She misses nothing. If you need a realtor I have recommended her to others. She is excellent!!

It was a real pleasure to work with John Coutret on our purchase of a Sarasota condo. He has an easy-going personality while working hard to make our sale smooth and easy. Cecile is the consummate professional with a warm and caring personality. She inspires confidence in her clients. Her attention to detail was so reassuring to us. She knew we had done real estate purchases and sales, but were not as familiar with Florida regulations. She carefully explained everything. Our purchase couldn't have gone smoother.
