We found Jennifer on Zillow when we decided to look for a house in Sarasota. She found lots of houses that met our criteria and we spent quite a lot of time looking at all of them. We finally decided on a house and we have since purchased and closed on it. It was exactly what we were looking for. Jennifer was there with us all the way from the final walk through to the closing. We have a house in Ohio that we are selling and a condo in Fort Myers that we are selling. My wife and I wish we could somehow get Jennifer to be our listing agent on both of them! She has given us lots of tips on our listings that have proven to be very useful. One last comment, my wife and I really connected with Jennifer and we felt like we were working with somebody that has known us for years. I first dealt with Joanne 15 years ago. I have always found her truthful objective knowledgeable and committed to her clients. I recently contacted her to act for me in relation to a transaction. Linda was the ultimate professional. She had a thorough understanding of the market in which we were selling and provided great advise to us. She and Chantelle, her very component assistant, were timely in there communications with us and we always felt we knew exactly what was happening with our listing. I can’t say enough good things about Gigi! She is a highly attentive agent, savvy, personable and knows the Sarasota market and neighborhoods inside and out. Gigi is also super generous with her time, responds to all calls, texts and emails promptly, and was able to smoothly and quickly guide us through the entire home buying process. We first talked on the phone to discuss what we were looking for and our budget. In advance of visiting Sarasota, Gigi sent us to online listings so we could preview properties and to get sense of what we liked. When we met for our first outing, Gigi had a binder prepared with copies of each listing we were seeing, maps and each day’s schedule of properties. This was extremely helpful as I was able to take notes and keep track of each house we saw. As Gigi got a sense of the properties I liked, she revised the schedule accordingly and added/subtracted listings to make the best use of time. In 3½ days Gigi showed me over 35 properties! Then when my husband arrived in town, we returned several times to the houses on the short list. End result - we found a perfect house in six days, and Gigi was key in getting our offer accepted and the contract signed within 24 hours. Gigi then helped schedule and attended various inspections, interacted with the owner to resolve open issues (since the owner didn’t have a broker), assisted with the title insurance process and got us to closing in three weeks. We had a great experience with Gigi and highly recommend her!

Susan did an excellent job helping us get our house sold in Deer Creek. There were many variables that were not easy and she stepped up to the plate with every task.
