Veronika did an outstanding job in selling our condo on Siesta Key. She was able to get a good offer for our condo the first day it was listed -- remarkable. She then guided us and the seller over the details especially getting the repairs requested from the inspection. Veronika did an excellent job working with us to prepare the condo for sale - first defining the tasks needed to make the condo attractive to potential buyers, finding good people to do these jobs and then identifying and stressing the attractive features of our unit. Preparation was key to the quick sale of our condo. From start to finish, Veronika was a delight to work with -- she was hard working, full of good ideas and was always bright and cheerful. It was a delight to work with her in selling our condo. We'd strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their real estate.

2 minutes ago Kathy was our realtor when we were looking for a house to buy in Bradenton last year. She did a great job, worked very hard and found a home for us that met the needs of all of our family. We are extremely pleased with the house and with the deal she negotiated for us. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, very professional, she made it easy for us. Gregory worked with us for over two years until we found the right snowbird home for our family. He kept in touch with us over that time and was always available and ready to answer our questions and provide us with excellent guidance. Gregory is also a real person, which is hard to find in any sales industry. He was easy to talk to and listened for our needs. We are so happy with our new villa and happy he turned us onto the little gem of Bradenton. We would definitely use him again to sell our home when the time comes or find other investment property in the area, and you should hire him too. You will not be disappointed!

Kathy Bergloff is the kindest most considerate real estate person I have ever known. She handled the house next door me which was a tremendous chore. And she did it without complaint. Sharon's rating would be a ten if there were ten stars available. One of the hardest working people I have ever been associated with. She always does what she says she is going to do, never late for an appointment, no frills common sense advice. She never gave up on us, weather it was a rental or a home that we were looking for. One home that my wife really liked and Sharon advised us that our offer was to high fell through at the last minute when the seller took the home off the market. We were ready to give up but Sharon persisted and found us the home that fit our needs perfectly. Her honesty and impeccable work ethic was refreshing and the best part of this entire experience is that we consider Sharon and Mel friends.
