Linda is very knowledgeable about the local market, responsive to the needs of her customers, and attentive to detail. My father has been a realtor for over 20 years, and Linda provided the service that comes with dedication to her profession. Thanks Linda!

We found Ron to be very pleasant and helpful throughout the period that our home was listed with Michael Saunders and would have no hesitation in personally recommending him to other perspective sellers.

Thank you Autumn for your tireless help! Autumn was amazing! As 1st time buyers we had so many questions and were very careful. The process of buying a home took us awhile and Autumn was with us along the way to help with our questions. She was so supportive and patient and one needed it with us! At the last steps of the deal something almost broke it of but Autumn came to the rescue! She is knowledgeable and personable and we were lucky to work with her. Thank you!

Stuart and Laura were one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. They were so dedicated to sell our home. They guided us through the process with such knowledgeable information on the market, the nearby homes, and zillow reports. Many customers want and expect to get top dollar for their home. My husband was one of those people. Stuart and laura worked skillfully to show us a realistic price point for our home. They held more open houses then we would ever expected. When offers came in they wasted no time to meet with us. I just can’t tell you how greatful we were to have them sell our house. Thet are such a great team. We admire their superb skills and cant recommend them highly enough to others to use them to buy or sell their home.

We’ve had a great experience working with Kathy to initially evaluate multiple communities all the way to closing on our new home at Esplanade on Palmer Ranch. Kathy took time to support our remote closing with the follow-up walkthrough taking great pictures for us. She’s very responsive, always cheerful, willing to help and provide thoughtful suggestions. We are counting the days to move in next week.

Linda Holley was amazing to work with. We met Linda a year ago while vacationing in Sarasota. When we decided to make a permanent move to Florida, Linda kept us up to date with new listings every day via email. When we returned to Florida to buy, Linda was on top of it all. She worked very hard to make sure we got the best deal. It was a pleasure working with such a knowledgeable professional.
