Mackenzie was an amazing realtor to work with on the purchase of our condo and if we had listed our old condo we would have used her. She is detail oriented in both her work and following up on open items, nothing slips through the cracks! She is responsive, understands timing, provided excellent guidance on negotiating and worked well with the other realtor to ensure all issues were addressed to our satisfaction; including issues that have carried over after closing. Mackenzie has provided a number of referrals to various service providers; so far all excellent. She has been a pleasure to work with and a professional as well. Our expectations are very high and she easily has met them! If we ever need another realtor she will be our first call.

Toni Lyon went above and beyond to ensure that our condo was prepared for every showing--as we are "long distance" owners. Every time, she set up the lighting, water, AC etc. Then she would put everything back to "sleep mode" until the next viewing. She kept us fully informed. No request we made was considered too much of an imposition---like some realtors we had encountered previously.

Ken & Sue have helped us with the purchase of a lot in Punta Gorda and they have been just super to work with. Sue went out of her way to contact to contact the city water department to check on the pending availability of city sewer. The whole process has been very smooth and efficient.
