I would highly recommend Angela Lista for any and all of your Real Estate needs in the Sarasota area. What started as a "let's just look", turned into a "let's buy" scenario quickly. Angela did a great job in pulling everything together quickly, and was so helpful in going out of her way to accommodate our every need, all while we were in Virginia during most of the buying process. Angela's drive to make everything work is amazing!

We recently purchased a vacation home in Florida, and Angela Lista was our realtor. It was a challenging process to stay on top of things from out-of-state, but Angela made things so easy. I would highly recommend her for real estate purchases in the Sarasota area. She'll go the extra mile for you, and is a beautiful person inside and out!

Karen did an excellent job for us and sold the house in a few weeks. Our family has used Karen in the past and will continue to use her in the future.. Her bubbly personality is what we liked best about Karen and her positive can do attitude. The house sold for very close to her own appraisal price. Karen is very honest, trustworthy and very good at what she does!!
