Tyler did an excellent job in finding a community that reflected my expectations and subsequently buying a home. As an out of State buyer, once the building process started Tyler maintained great communication and address key issues with the builder on my behalf. I highly recommend Tyler, great job!

I would recommend Linda Carlstrom for anyone that would like to sell their home or property. I had my property listed with a different realtor for over 2 years with no results. Linda was able to list and get it sold in 2 months! Her professionalism and determination to help her customers with their goals is excellent.

Beth helped me sell my previous home. Just listing it was not enough. She also helped me stage it, find a great inspector to determine if I had any issues to take care of before the sale and the people qualified to fix said issues. Then negotiated through one failed sale to a deal I could not refuse. During the fun times of the sale she also helped me find and purchase a new build. Couldn't have done it without you, Beth.

Mark’s friendly personality and excellent listening and communication skills, coupled with his knowledge of the properties were were interested in (Perico Bay Club), made it abundantly clear that my wife and I made the right choice when we selected Mark to help us find a vacation property in Perico Bay Club. He explained all aspects of the properties we looked at (what upgrades would likely cost, history of similar properties in the area, HOA fees, flood insurance if applicable, what was and wasn’t included in the HOA fees, etc) and paid particular attention to those things my wife felt were must haves. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Bradenton area my wife and I would strongly recommend Mark as the realtor to help you find a property.
