Joanne Hammar is a true professional and a very patient person. We were introduced to her by mutual friends in Sarasota National and worked with her for six months via email, text and phone calls before meeting her. It was another three months of looking, reviewing and much discussing before finding the right house and lot. We loved a little of everything that we saw. We could not have been more satisfied with the service provided by Rob Goldman and the Michael Saunders team. Rob was on top of all the details and provided guidance that led to the speedy sale of our home at a price that met our expectations. He also took charge of getting a contractor/handyman to remediate the issues that arose during the inspection. All in all, a great job!

Honestly Bill is Our #1 Realtor!! He believed in our home price and negotiated a full priced offer! The recommendation of getting a pre list appraisal since it was extensively updated was in the end a brilliant suggestion! Our Las Vegas home is now for sale and I was so spoiled by having Bill represent us prior, I can’t stand our Vegas Broker! I wish we could box Bill up and take him with us!! We had an excellent experience with our Amazing Agent, Kathy!!!!!!! We asked her to sell a new home in a new community, to move to a different model, where the builder was actively selling new. A real challenge it was, but Wow! was she ever UP to the Task!!!!! We followed her advice throughout the process with open houses, pricing, and patience and she did it!!!!! The most wonderful asset that Kathy provides is an eternal optimism and enthusiasm to sell your property. She gives it her ALL, and really engages in the selling process. There is nothing "Ho Hum" about this girl!!!!! She is by far the BEST agent we have ever had, and we have had to sell many homes over the years. You will love her honesty, spirit and positive approach to getting the deal!!! What more we can we say, but go with Kathy!!!

Jim was holding an Open house for his client at a condo in Pinebrook Condos in Bradenton Fl. He was very prepared with any questions we had in reference to rules and regulations of the condo association and if he didn't have the answer he got them and called us back the same or next day. He also knew the dates and times of everything that was done in the condo whether it be the AC unit-Hot water unit-all appliances and windows and floors. He even had receipts to document everything. He was totally prepared ahead of time. He even showed us the condo after the acceptance of our bid when our own realtor could not make that timeline. Jim goes over and above !
