With the transitioning of University Park to resident ownership and with the huge amount of overbuilding of new homes in our area, selling a home, even a beautiful one, was not so easy in 2017-2018.Our agents, Nancy Phillips, and Beth Ann Boyer, are both lovely, empathic women. They are also experienced and excellent real estate agents. We can’t thank them enough for their firm (but gentle) advice about what we needed to do to our home and how we needed to price it in order to sell it. It is a gift to be able to do so without offending a seller, but a very necessary one if you really need to sell your home.They brought buyers to see the house, they remained in constant touch by email, phone and face to face meetings. They put us together with a great stager and helped us through everything we needed to do until the sale and through the closing process.It was a pleasure working with them and we view them as our friends. January 28, 2019 Michael Saunders & Company Re: David French, realtor My wife Pat and I first met David French about a year and a half ago at an open house in northwest Bradenton. Although we were not interested in that specific listing nor ready to buy we casually discussed our criteria for housing once we were ready to become Florida residents. David added our names to a weekly MSC e-mail and put us in touch with a MSC associate in Venice since we were also interested in that area. In August 2018 we sold our Indiana home and moved to our Village Green (Bradenton) villa. Soon after in the weekly MSC e-mail I spotted a listing that was of interest and we did a drive by followed by a phone call to David. Not only did David recall talking to us, he still had notes of what we would be looking for. We set a time for a viewing and decided to make a full price offer the same day. Throughout this transaction David provided timely notifications for completing way too much paperwork, inspections and still totally satisfied all of our needs. Thank You, David. I also facetiously refer to David as a TWOFER or a BOGO. After closing on our purchase and moving in we invited David to evaluate our Bradenton villa to sell. We agreed on a listing price and again signed way too many papers but completed the sale within 75 days from listing to closing. Outstanding professional.........Well prepared on the property we are interested in.She knows the neighborhood, price points and general geographical area of our interest. Great people skills. If I could rate her above 5 stars, I would gladly do so. Although I represented the buyer in this transaction, I am comfortable to say this deal would not have been done without Suki's ability to display all of the facts , both good and bad, in a highly organized manner. Cindy is an excellent agent and a wonderful person . She assisted us in the sale of one property and the purchase of another , even thought I’m pretty sure we drove her crazy! Well as I never actually met Kristen face to face, but I did have a lot of interaction over the phone, Kristen was very gracious and listened to my every wish. When I wanted to give up she was right there virtually holding my hand and helping me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, family, friends she is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you Kristen for never giving up on me or my house.
