The moment we mentioned to Gregory we were looking to buy a vacation property in Bradenton he started to share listings that he believed would fit our needs. AND he got it right! He took the time to ask the right questions, understand our needs and within a week we made our purchase. We don't live in the state of Florida so we were not present for the closing or final inspection, but that didn't matter because Gregory represented us and shared photos putting our minds at ease. Would definitely recommend Gregory to all our family and friends!

We were given Rudy Dudon’s name as a referral, by a friend, and we began our search to purchase a rental property as a real estate investment. Rudy was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Rudy helped to educate us on the current market and was a great resource as we learned the Sarasota area. Rudy took his time to listen to our ideal attributes for a rental property, he assisted in indentifying pros and cons and helped us narrow our list. Rudy was efficient, timely, and attentive to detail during the entire property search, negotiation, purchase and closing process. West of the trail, east of the trail, bayside, downtown...the market is crazy but Dana makes sense of it all and keeps me centered. If there was anyone else guiding me through this jungle I would have thrown in the towel weeks ago and stayed where I was. There is rarely a property or building that she is not familiar with.

I was recommended and introduced to our agent by my sister who has known Peter Salefsky for many years. Peter was very professional and really did a good job listening to what our needs were. He spent quite a bit of his time taking us to see everything that fit our needs. He also did a really good job involving other agents. (JoDene was the listing agent) He introduced us to her and made us feel confident that all our needs were considered. Another aspect of the transition was the Title Company we used from Peter's referral. He introduced us to David Russell. David is an Escrow Closer with the Roknich Law Firm in Sarasota. This gave us so much confidence and trust that all was being handled in such a professional manner. Our Closing was done in less than 30 Days and Peter was on top of everything. Of course, we have to mention how happy we are to have met Peter, what an outstanding person. The real deal. Every person I met from Michael Saunders & Company was just as nice as the last. Of course, there is only one Peter. You are definitely a People focused Business. Awesome Experience.
