Jeff was absolutely super to work with. He seemed to "get" us right away and helped us zero in on exactly what we were looking for, even though we didn't exactly know ourselves at first! We were house hunting from out of state, which was a bit scary. But when we saw some potential places of interest but were not able to be there in person Jeff scoped out the places for us and provided good feedback that was perfectly aligned with our tastes. He even went above and beyond by taking some really good videos that allowed us to "tour" them from afar. He guided us through every step of the way and the entire process was a pleasure. We ended up with the house of our dreams. Thanks Jeff!

Linda Driggs was an excellent realtor for our home search in Sarasota. We were relocating from Tampa and were not familiar with the area. Linda spent time educating us about all of our options in regards to neighborhoods and the current Sarasota market. We ultimately ended up downtown Sarasota and could not be happier with our choice. In our many years of working with professionals, we have never met someone as knowledgeable, professional and just plain kind, as Judy Wright. We were snow birds looking for a place in the Sarasota area. Judy helped us find a lovely pre construction condo and advised "this is the area to consider for what you have described you want"..and was she right! It was perfect. Ten years later, when we were ready to sell, we called Judy. Although our permanent home was in another city, Judy managed the listing as if we were next door. She found the perfect buyer, and when we had a hiccup before closing, she managed all of the issues to keep the sale on tract. She came recommended from our friend. We have since referred other friends to her. Her service and personal touch is always the same. She is the best!

Selling our property with Linda was exactly what I hoped and expected from a top agent – pure professionalism with promised and delivered high expectations. We had been listed on the market with a previous agent and was very disappointed. When I met Linda, I felt I finally chose the team I was looking for in the beginning. Although I had some worry about being let down again, Linda didn’t disappoint and surpassed all my expectations. She was all hands on deck from the beginning, discussing the market, competitive pricing, professional staging (where she also included large custom art work that she painted herself specifically for my foyer), stunning photography and videography! After almost a year of no movement, she had my property under contract in 10 days. From listing to closing, she and her team were always available and making sure every detail was precise.
