I just want to say that Catherine went well over and beyond of what i had expected from her,she understood what i was looking for befor i knew it and explained many details about purchasing a property in Florida. Tammy was so knowledgeable about listing our condo and suggesting a reasonable price. She staged our residence offering suggestions for appearance. In the closing, she walked through the process and we felt very comfortable. It now has been one year since the closing and we keep in touch. We highly recommend Tammy who we feel was professional in all areas dealing with real estate.

What an amazing team! Janis is fun, engaging, hugely knowledgeble and dedicated - she even has snacks on hand for hungry teenage boys. Their professionalism and hard work made the buying process so much easier. Ron's experience as a lawyer was paramount - as we live in the UK some of the "legal language' was slightly different. The Collier team work day and night, almost 24/7 (especially with the time difference). Always a positive outlook, great at dealing with problems and simply wonderful every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better experience and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Autumn when she helped my grand daughter purchase her first home. I was so impressed with her knowledge and personal interest that when I went to sell my house I called her. From the initial listing of my house to the sale and closing, Autumn made one of the most difficult times less stressful and one of the easiest I have ever been through. Our first encounter with Michael Saunders & Company was in November of 2017. We had been considering a move to the Florida West Coast from Pompano Beach for some time and decided to get serious input and perhaps some actual showings of property in the area while traveling back to Pompano Beach after a family trip to St. Petersburg. As we only expected to stay overnight in Punta Gorda we made tentative arrangements to meet with an agent from one of your competitors, prior to our trip. We expected to meet with the agent and view some properties once we arrived. We were very surprised that the agent never returned my many calls and emails to confirm an actual meeting time or place. In order not to have made our trip and overnight stay in vain, we walked across the street from our hotel and into the Michael Saunders & Company offices on Taylor Street. The MSC agent on duty was Rick Stewart. Rick was actually about to leave for the day as he was going to a closing on his own new home, but decided to sit with us and determine our interests and needs. Rick supplied us with several leads on properties that we could drive by that day in order to get a feel for the area, neighborhoods, prices, etc. and to get an overall view of the area. Rick also recommended that we check out, BSI, an area we were not previously aware of up to that point. We exchanged information with Rick and he maintained contact with us over the ensuing months, keeping us updated on some interesting properties, while we were busy getting our Pompano Beach home ready for market. Our home in Pompano sold rather quickly once we listed it, and Rick was ready with properties to show us in Punta Gorda. Rick showed us numerous homes for sale in PGI and BSI and he worked with us tirelessly until we found a suitable home. Rick was also very instrumental in helping us with the tedious process of the closing and we feel that we could not have found a better agent than Rick. He was always professional and knowledgeable and has assisted us in many ways. He is a credit to the company and as a result, we would recommend Michael Saunders & Company and Rick Stewart to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
