I wanted to take the opportunity to comment on my experience using Suki as my representative on this transaction. Due to the fact that the property is located next to my primary residence, I had an awareness that the transaction was going to be non-traditional but had no real idea of what we would face to actually execute on the purchase. I’m sure you are aware, at a high level, the additional obstacles that were faced including the sellers inexperience at handling real estate transactions, the sellers realtor who did not present a property to market with a clear title, a minor owner that needed third party representation and a judge that needed to sign off on the sale. This was the most complicated real estate transaction I had ever been through and there were moments when after waiting 7 months to close, I wasn’t sure if it was actually going to happen. I know Suki is relatively new to her realtor career. I had, what I consider, the great fortune of meeting Suki when she listed my step mothers condo. I immediately got a warm and sincere sense from her that she had my stepmothers best interest at heart and liked her sales direction with the property. I watched her successfully find a buyer and close the transaction with ease and my stepmother was pleased. In a one off conversation with her, I casually asked if she could do a walk thru of a distressed property located next door to me and give me her assessment. From there, she has worked this transaction to a successful conclusion with several curve balls thrown her way. When I look at the team of people involved to make any transaction happen, things can go astray at any point and I witnessed Suki recognize that was happening and reeling it back in and keeping all parties on point. Based on my experience with this transaction, I would not hesitate to contact Suki again for any real estate needs I have and she would be the only realtor I would refer any associate of mine too in the future. She is truly a professional.
