Suki Scollo is an asset to the real estate office of Michael Saunders & Company. I was buying property from Indiana to Sarasota. Met Suki at an Open House in November of 2017. As I walked out of the showing I told my friend "I have found my real estate agent!" When I was ready to buy in April of 2018 my first call was to Suki Scollo. The property that she had been showing in November had been a high rise on Siesta Key selling for a million and seven. When I called her, I reminded her that I was the girl from Indiana that was looking for a condo for my move. I couldn't believe that she had remembered who I was. I told her that I was ready to buy and wanted to know if she sold properties in my price range. She said that she would find me the perfect place. I came down to Florida for three days to see what she had come up with. For three days we looked at numerous properties that were all fabulous! By the time that I left, I had decided on three properties that I was very interested in. Although my first choice had been sold, Suki found me a similar condo in the same community that was just perfect. We put the offer in and within 30 days I was packing. Suki had made everything so easy for me. She took care of all the details that had to be dealt with so I didn't have to worry. Being a single woman it was a blessing that someone would take such interest in my welfare. She even met me at my condo the day I was moving in! Suki took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is one of your most valuable realtors. I would recommend her to anyone that was thinking of moving to Sarasota. I recently bought a new home in the Landings, sold my existing home (also in the Landings) and used agent Tina von Kessel for both transactions.As a 20 year resident of Sarasota and having bought 5 homes and sold 4 – I can say without a doubt that Tina is an “Agent’s Agent”. I will attempt to summarize her many talents: -Professional -Timely -Helpful (super helpful) -Insightful -Friendly -Easy to do business with -and an overall great asset to any buyer/seller and I’m sure to Michael Saunders & Company As mentioned, I’ve bought/sold homes many times in my life (not only in Sarasota) and I can say, without a doubt, Tina von Kessel is “Super Duper”.If I had a business in Sarasota, I would attempt to lure her to my business – as she would excel at anything she attempted. I bought my first Florida house with the help of Sharon Ross. She was very professional and thorough during the entire process. Recently we were in the market for purchasing a home in Sarasota County. We met Lisa at an open house and informed her of the type of house, location and price range we were looking for.Lisa worked for over a month without any pressure on us to find the home we ultimately purchased within our price range. Jennifer was amazing. We wanted to sell our house really quick and she came in and staged it beautifully. She is very knowledgable about the current market and gave me ideas to prepare the house to make it look its best. We had a lot of activity and Jennifer was very good at keeping me informed.

James Hope did a superb job for us and equally importantly kept the transaction on track in spite of some daunting obstacles. James took charge and successfully resolved the issues the buyers kept raising. His professionalism was and is deeply appreciated. I am the retired president of a Wall Street bank and in that capacity, I always tried to be keenly aware of staff who performed above and beyond. In my judgement, James meets those criteria.
