Doug assisted us in purchasing a condo on Lido Key. He was terrific to work with - from the earliest stages when we were just thinking about buying, during our long search period, through negotiation, during the purchasing process and now after the sale has been completed. This may be a little long so let me save you some reading: Jennifer is the broker you want in your corner. She far exceeded our expectations and found us our retirement dream home. I looked for brokers on Zillow and Jennifer was one of the three we called. She returned my call within 30 minutes and I could immediately feel a connection. By the next day we started receiving listings within our parameters which she updated until our house hunting trip to Florida. When we arrived to house hunt Jennifer had 8 listings to show us on our first day. She has a sharp eye and picked up on negatives that we frankly missed in our excitement. There were homes that looked great on the pics, but that she had issues with. Jennifer eventually found our dream retirement home with EVERYTHING we were looking for plus a view. We couldn't be happier and are excitedly looking forward to our life in Florida. We spent many hours with Jennifer. We never felt pressured nor rushed even on very long days where she was exclusively dealing with us and only taking the occasional brief call. She is the consummate professional to find you the home you're looking for. We were both very happy with her professionalism, her knowledge of the market, sharp eye both for positive and negative detail in a property, her communication skills. And Jennifer is also a very nice person. During the many hours we spent together, I could feel the personal connection grow stronger. We recommend her highly. You will not be disappointed!

George Kolar is a seller's dream. He is very conscientious and most professional, and his attention to detail is beyond reproach. George made sure that the pictures taken of our home for the Michael Saunders website, and the staging of our home, were done to perfection! I want to say how grateful I am to both of you for your professional attention to the project of selling my condo at the Landings. The fact that I was unable to be on site for the entire time the sale was taking place made it much harder from both your side as well as mine and that much more meaningful that it was in your capable hands. My wife Jeanne and I would like to commend Larry for the effort and time he put into making our purchase almost seamless. If he is not one of the best salespeople then he is obviously THE BEST!
