I would highly recommend Catherine Nichols! Trying to find a home in Florida with the current competitive market is hard enough. Trying to do this from out of state - makes it even harder! Catherine however, was a true gem, in helping us locate, "see" and purchase a home in Florida. She went above and beyond from FaceTimeing with us for more homes than I can remember, answering texts and emails at all times of the day and night and all different times on the weekends. She helped us narrow our search based on what she knew we were looking for. We have worked with several different agents in Florida and we found Catherine to be the most reliable, genuine and committed to helping us. I would highly recommend Catherine Nichols!

Catherine Nichols sold my condo in 3 days despite its being priced higher than other units in the development. Her recommendations regarding having an appraisal and using the results to price the unit for the market were invaluable. Her attention to details of preparing the unit to be shown and her photographs greatly contributed to getting potential buyers in for showings and making a positive impression. Her skill in managing the processes for the transaction and quick responses to both the seller and the buyer's agent expedited the sale and made the experience, which can easily be quite stressful, comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend Ms Nichols for sellers seeking a realtor with expertise in all steps of the process and the personality to make the experience pleasant for all involved.
