From our initial contact, she was professional and provided exceptional service. Edie was a model of patience as it took us months to decide to move forward with an offer. Since we are not residents of FL, she accommodated our schedule to see the condo multiple times often on very short notice and to coordinate our closing by mail. In addition, we feel she listened to our concerns and fairly represented our initial offer which was substantially less than the seller’s asking price. We just put our home in Windwood for sale in the past September when the newly built homes were selling like hotcakes, but year old homes were a dearth on the market. Your Anna Wagenseil tried very hard to sell at what we felt it was worth. As it turned out a grave reduction was necessary to make our place desirable. Anna kept on and finally sold it at a lower price for us. We were pleased to get rid of it because we had already moved elsewhere. I have to congratulate her for her perseverance. This is the second home she has sold for us.

Marcia Cullinan went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase went smoothly. When my flight was delayed for two hours on the Friday I flew in to look at homes, she rescheduled all the planned showings for Saturday morning. Despite working with a realtor for the sellers who were less than responsive, Marcia ensured that communication and negotiation were handled promptly and professionally. When I had difficulty obtaining homeowner's insurance for a reasonable price, Marcia helped find an agent who could provide a policy that is affordable and meets my needs. These are just a few examples of the kind of service and assistance Marcia provided during the purchase of my home. I made contact with Megg & Ralph Faillace, of your Bradenton Manatee office, through the recommendation of a friend of mine. At the time, my mother was in poor health and I was exploring the possibilities of selling her home and relocating her. I knew from my initial meeting with Megg that she and I were going to be a good fit to take care of my mother's needs and mine. As things progressed, they stayed with me, checking in, offering suggestions and never exerting any pressure. Sadly, my mother passed away and when she did they were right there offering support. Through their suggestions, their "above and beyond" approach to mom's house, we came to a successful sale last month. All this was made more difficult by my own personal situation, living in Boston, and it all being so difficult to deal with on a daily basis. Nothing daunted Megg, and with Ralph's help, they enabled me to sell the property. Something I read on the first folder from your company that Megg handed me, stands clearly in my mind. Exceptional people, properties and service. This sums up what Megg and Ralph Faillace embody. Truly professional, but with that personal touch. I hope they will be recognized as such. I have met Linda Carlstrom 13 years ago. She is a self -starter and an achiever. I have watched her succeed at every business she has undertaken, including Real Estate. She was a Special Education teacher for 20 years and a Medical Office Manager for 10 years. She is one of the most positive and inspirational people I know. She has developed a style that makes you feel safe in her hands. Probably because she has the interests of her customers at her heart. I will always use her for my real-estate transactions. She is smart, explains everything thoroughly and makes sure the transaction goes smoothly. She is on top of every part of the transaction. We just cannot say enough about Janet. She was recommended to us by friends and we could not be happier. Our original plan was to purchase an existing home. We toured a dozen or so homes guided by Janet and then stopped by a builder's model home. It became very clear to us that this was the way that we wanted to go. So Janet went to work assisting us with locating the perfect lot. All the while knowing that the commission would be far different than if we had purchased an existing home. She never made us feel any different in this quest than when we were looking at the existing homes. Janet receives a 5 star review from us and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch real estate agent!
