Ben did an excellent job finding a buyer for an office condo that I owned and no longer needed. The market for office condos in Bradenton is not as strong as residential and commercial space in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch but Ben found a buyer who was a good fit for the complex. I was happy to sell and the condo complex was happy to get a new business. Ben kept me well informed throughout the sales process, prepared good marketing materials and photos, and kept the property highly visible on the web and with street signage. Ben was able to sell my unit for more than any other unit in the complex has sold in more than five years, which is a credit to his efforts. I would use Ben's services again without question.

Our realtor in Lakewood Ranch was Laura Navratil, and she was absolutely the best!
