My husband and I had spent one Saturday afternoon in July looking at properties at Sarasota National when we decided to stop in at the sales center in Plantation Golf and Country Club. It was our good fortune to meet Bambi and Ford Utton that afternoon who graciously spent time late in the day showing us spec homes within the Plantation community that met our specific needs. We made two appointments for the following day based on what we thought we wanted. However, after much thought and discussion later that night, my husband and I decided to go in a different direction and Bambi and Ford never batted an eye. They canceled our scheduled appointments, pulled up new specs and off we went on a house hunting trip to be remembered. Needless to say, our efforts paid off and we are proud new owners in a community we love. Chris Chamberlin assisted my wife and I with our search to purchase a condo. We looked at many properties, sometimes more than once, and she always made herself available at our convenience. She had a great knowledge of the area we were looking, and was able to answer any questions we had. If she did not know the answers, she took steps to find out. Her patience as we searched was very much appreciated. We never felt pressured to make a decision, and she told us when we found the right place, we would know. She was right. My wife and I have bought and sold 13 homes all across the country, plus the home in which we are now living. Stephen Strong was by far the most professional agent we have dealt with in all the transactions. We were not familiar with real estate in the Bradenton area so we relied on Steve to find us a desirable property. He found us a winter home in just one week that was elegantly furnished, in a prime location at a reasonable price. We trusted Steve enough that we closed on the property without having to come back to Florida. During our two winters in Florida, when we needed repairs, we turned to Steve for advice on contractors. His advice was always used, and the contractor was excellent and well within our budget. Needless to say, when we decided that Florida was not for us, we turned to Steve to sell the property. Though it was past the prime season (we listed the home in late March), we closed on the property on August 15. Once again, we relied on Steve to close with us remaining in Pennsylvania. Again, his execution was flawless.

The Milbank’s recognized the unique features of our property and worked hard to market them. They followed up with each prospect and reported the news, good or bad to us. They did a number of open houses and they were most helpful with every aspect of the closing. Toma arranged for contractors to do the fixes identified by the home inspector and he personally monitored their work. We were out of country during the negotiations and finalizing of the sale and Toma and Rebecca were terrific. On top of all this they are very kind, honest people. I would use their services again for certain.

Judy Nimz was a pleasure to work with. Judy understood our preferences very quickly, made excellent recommendations, and was consistently diplomatic, helpful, and kind. Peggy helped us buy our condo at PBC six years ago. When we decided to sell it, we called Peggy. She listed our condo for sale on 2/1/18. Then for more than three months, she conducted weekly open houses. She did this with her usual enthusiasm, patience and positive drive to find a buyer. When it was time to return to N.C., she introduced us to Mark. He took over the marketing at that time and did an excellent job to close our sale on 7/16/18.Mark did an excellent job on communication. We always knew of scheduled appointments, feedback from viewers and any other activity on our listing. We appreciated all his time and effort for our sale.
