My family was looking to move from Wisconsin to Florida and we were unsure of where we wanted to live. We had family in Naples and was referred to Laura by a friend of the family. I cannot thank Laura enough for all she has done for my family and the transition. If it was not for her we most likely would have not made the move. When I first met Laura she not only educated me on the area and the housing market but spent the entire day showing me the area and what it had to offer (schools, beaches, etc.) that would support my family and children who were still in school. She would continue to send me updates on home sales to Wisconsin on a daily basis, showing me exactly what we were looking for and not trying to sell us something not in our price range. Once we came down and selected a home, she was great on negotiating the best price for us. She then went above and beyond in getting the inspection done and taking care of the home until we could get down here. People thought we were insane to take such a risk in moving here but thanks to Laura she made it possible. Thank you Laura!

Leslie Emery is hands down a 5/5 when it comes to west coast real estate! My wife and I met Leslie through a listing she had in Saddle Creek. Although the listing she had did not fit our family, she on the other hand did. Unlike other agents we have experienced in the past, Leslie was not pushy and did not oversell her listing. This attracted us to her and made us feel like she genuinely had interest in our desires and wanted to help us find our dream property despite our circumstances. (We were in the process of listing two large parcels of land inland when we originally met her.) We had a vision and timeline and Leslie respected both! Per our request, she met us at another property in Saddle Creek we discovered online, and we sat down with her and discussed a strategy to purchase it. In that moment, Leslie gave us great market perspective and helped us come up with a reasonable offer. We submitted our offer and went through a period of negotiation before reaching an agreement. She helped our family negotiate over 20k off the selling price and ensured that we received a proper inspection. (Sellers disclosures are not always full disclosures as we found out in this process!) Leslie also set us up with Gris Bettle at MSC who took great care of us on the financial side. Leslie and Gris were a great team and made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout a stressful 60 day period. I will do business with MSC in the future because I trust their process and believe their staff seek to do what is best for their clients.

It took us several weeks to decide what we wanted. Turned out to be something totally different from what we were looking at. Chris stuck it out and held our hand through the whole process.

To B.J. Ratigan, Thank you for getting my house sold for me. The last real estate (broker) I had was trying to sell it for 14 months. She did not know what she was doing. Everything she said sounded good, but there was no showings, or very little. The best thing that you did was raise the price that we were selling for. I think that we will have a hard time selling but you had many showings and you made the sale in 3 weeks. My friend said that this deal will fall apart but it did not. I worked with Heather and a former colleague of hers in January through July of 2018. At the very first meeting, it was very evident that Heather had a great deal to offer. She is very soft spoken and keeps her cool yet packs a punch as she is very intuitive, goal oriented, honest and caring. Very up front from the get-go, Heather offered several realistic suggestions to attract buyers. She went out of her way to help with sprucing up the landscape planting flowers herself and was very quick to take care of other projects to create minimal stress for me. Who does that?

Even though we live in Pelican Pointe, and have known Robert Goldman for several years, this is the first time we have had the opportunity to use Rob as our Real Estate representative.
