Susan gets an Excellent from my perspective. I live in Canada and for the most part was home while she was working for me. There were often times she sent me a text to say something regarding comments on a showing. I can recall that someone noticed a "closed in" odour. It is hard for me to do something, well Susan got an automatic air freshener and took care of that. There were not any comments like that afterwards. Thank you Susan! Also, when it came time to pack up Susan offered help with finding assistance for me a single lady from another Country. I truly appreciated her help. It eased my mind on so many levels. Debra Gurin has been an absolute joy to work with. When health issues made it necessary for us to sell our beloved Florida home., we looked to Mark on the recommendation of our neighbors. From helping me get our home ready to list to negotiating through the “paperwork”, Mark was there to help most often remotely and with true professionalism. Marina and her team did an absolutely amazing job! We found our home, had all the inspections and tests done and closed in 3 weeks! Marina went the extra step not only to get us the best deal possible, she also gave us solid advice on home warranty and other things. Her personality is ALWAYS positive and she is easy to work with. After working with many realtors on the sale of several homes and in search of others my wife and I can say she is the BEST we've ever worked with. Her sense of humor and her personal story are a bonus!

Very Professional in helping us buy a house. Did a lot home work and communicated with us before our first meeting. Marina was amazing! She assisted me in selling a house and buying another in a very short period of time.
