With Kristy's expert helpI have just closed on a nice little home in the Gulf Gate community of Sarasota. Quite frankly, I couldn't have managed it without her help. When Kristy says she will assist you every step of the way she states a literal truth. As an "out of town" buyer I was overwhelmed by the need to contract with a variety of inspectors and to get estimates from handymen, roofers, etc. Kristy connected me with a variety of resources to choose from - invaluable assistance! A lovely young woman, yes, but one who proved herself to be so much more. She is a seasoned negotiator in representing her clients interests. She is a well-connected realtor who has experience with a network of inspectors, etc., adding the most reliable and reasonably priced to a portfolio of client resources. She is a thoughtful, caring individual who is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!! If there were 10 stars, she would have earned them all.

Are you looking for a professional realtor with 20 years experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and a vast network of pros (home inspector, mortgage broker, home stager, etc)? Then you’ve found her. Marina Solo knows every aspect of buying and selling homes. She is a tough negotiator and walked my husband and I through the process twice. She designed beautiful flyers showcasing our home. Her photographer is excellent. The open house was well advertised and very busy. With her help, we were able to sell our home for a considerable profit. We interviewed four realtors and are so glad we chose Marina. After selling, she took us around town to see houses that fit our growing family’s needs. She is a good listener and only took us to houses with real potential. I never felt pressured or rushed.
