The job Cindy did in the sale of our condo was outstanding in every respect. From our first meeting she was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike a previous agent, she showed our property frequently and held numerous open houses. Her advice throughout the process was top notch and then when we reached agreement with the buyer but had some issues that were neither our fault nor the buyer’s she was professional throughout and maintained a positive attitude that was infectious to us as well. We would both recommend her without reservation and if the opportunity arose, ask her to be our agent again.

Michael helped me every step of the way. He gave me good advice during the listing and selling process. He also arranged for and physically helped with the repairs necessary for the closing. I highly recommend him and would definitely list any future property with him.

Deborah Woods originally was a friend of mine that I met as I was coming to Sarasota frequently over the last three years. The beginning of this year I realized that I was going to make Sarasota my home full time and there was no other person I thought of when I was looking for a real estate agent and a home to buy. I am a first time home buyer and was looking to buy north of the Trail and Deborah took both of these things into consideration when she was recommended condos to me. She understood pretty quickly that I needed a little hand holding on the complexities of buying a place for the first time. She is not only knowledgeable but very patient and I think those are great qualities to have in real estate. Michael, Without you holding our hands and guiding us through our purchase from beginning to end, it would not have been possible. We appreciated you being available to answer our numerous questions and, if you didn’t know the answer, you quickly found out and relayed the information back to us. We are also thankful that you help coordinate all the necessary purchase details we needed to do from Canada. Real estate transactions are done differently in the United States from those in Canada and there are extra hurdles to go through being a non-resident. When you think about it, it is just amazing that we closed our deal without coming back to Florida in between offer to purchase and closing. Your honesty and also knowledge about Longboat Key was invaluable and we are glad we just happened to walk into your office and met you.
