There are Realtors and then there is Cindy. She leaves nothing to chance. Going into this prospect of selling my current home and buying my next filled me with immense anxiety, yet Cindy took control of every phase of each transaction, pushing those that needed a push, fixing other's mistakes, always communicating with me both day and night — and she did all of this with a professional attitude that was beyond compare. Exceptional Realtor does not even scratch the surface when describing the level of attention to detail, communication and sound advise I received from Cindy. She is a treasure. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent Real Estate agent. Noel is very professional, excellent in responding to questions, knowledgeable of the area and very patient. She has a wonderful personality and is very easy to work with. We not only consider her our Real Estate agent but our friend now as well. We were Canadians purchasing a condo in Longboat Key. We happened upon Michael when we stopped at Michael Saunders Real Estate Company in Longboat Key to inquire about condo's available in Longboat Key. Michael was not only kind, honest and friendly but very knowledgeable about the area. We bought the first condo we saw. Since the initial offer and prior to closing, Michael filled in the gaps as to what we needed to do to organize the purchase from Canada and not only acted as a liason but guided us in the right direction for a lawyer and insurance agent. His ability to help co-ordinate the smallest of details helped us close the purchase without returning to Florida prior to closing. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

It was great working with Priscilla on our home purchase. She was always looking out for our interest and her advice helped us avoid purchasing a home that I don't think we would have been happy with. This led us to eventually ending up with our dream house and we couldn't be happier.
