When we arrived at the Michael Saunders office Friday morning we were greeted with a warm smile and a fabulous attitude when we met Cheryl. I’m an organized person but Cheryl put me to shame. She had sent Kathy a link Thursday evening after 9:00 pm giving her an itinerary of where we were heading on Friday and what we would be seeing that day. Friday we left in Cheryl’s car and knowing we had a long day ahead, she had packed a cooler with water and power bars. Who does that? As the day unfolded, Cheryl was understanding more of what Kathy’s needs and wants were and adjusted our schedule to fit Kathy’s needs. It was amazing to watch as Cheryl would continue to check in with Kathy and move her toward homes and properties that were more suited to Kathy. On Saturday, Kathy had chosen one particular area of interest and I watched as Cheryl made adjustments to our schedule to accommodate Kathy. By the end of the day Saturday, there was a decision on the property Kathy was most interested in and she was armed with the information and a plan to return with her husband Steve to view the property in a few weeks. I have worked with good realtors in the past. Please know that Cheryl is far superior to anyone I have ever worked with. Cheryl knows the market, the areas, the business. Cheryl has the unique ability to know and understand her clients in a short period of time. This allows her to find the right property that is the best fit. Thank you, Cheryl, for the most amazing weekend. You and Michael Saunders are the best of the best.

As you know a company's reputation is only as good as its people. We would rate Michael Saunders & Company with a 10+ and our experience has been with Diana Kryszak. Diana was there for us every step of the way. She guided us through the purchase offer step, was there for the inspection when we couldn't be, informed us of the suppliers for utilities, insurance, Bay Isle requirements, a good go-between with the seller, and was even there after the closing for repairs that needed to be finished. We know "today" that she is there to answer questions and do whatever she can to help us. As business owners ourselves we would be proud to have anyone like Diana on our team.

My wife and I started our search about 2 years ago and Misty Raines was our contact from the beginning. She proved to be very good, constant contact, prompt EMAILS responses and always available by phone, would even be exchanging emails on weekends and evenings. this was genuine good customer service on Misty's part. We were impressed with the software used by your company, certainly helped us come to some important decisions. We purchased a Synder Home and Misty worked hard to get this to closing. Mary Jo Claudius also really did a good job getting this to closing quickly. Mary Jo shared the same attributes as Misty, Both ladies were very professional and great to work with.

Laurie Mock had the right education, experience, knowledge of the island and tenacity to sell our home this very dynamic market. I knew we had an uphill challenge to sell our home at the price point we desired. Knowing our home would probably sell to an investor as rental property, Laurie’s background in accounting helped us present a viable case for which to offer. We moved our home in 4.5 months which doesn’t include approximately 4 weeks it was off the market due to 2 offers that ultimately fell through. I would like to highly recommend Kristen Howell Srur, Realtor from Michael Saunders & Company. My family and I used Kristen during our search for a new home when moving to the area. I have moved 10 times throughout my career and have never come across such a great realtor. Kristen is not only a local, but she is keenly in-tune with the local area, the real estate market in the greater Sarasota/Bradenton area as well as all of the schools and schools districts. Kristen is not your typical realtor, she is compassionate, dedicated and really works hard to treat your family as her own, she had our best interest at heart throughout the entire time and worked closely with our needs to find us what we are looking for. Having moved 10 times, due to work-related relocations, I have never had a move or a realtor quite like Kristen. She is simply the best, I would highly recommend Kristen for any looking to the Sarasota/Bradenton Florida area.
