We hired Kristen to sell our rental home. We knew it would not (sell at asking price), but Kristen worked with us patiently, and did open houses and kept us abreast of each showing and feedback, as repetitive as it was. Because the house was not updated/remodeled it was not of the same value as other remodeled homes were priced at. We recognized it. My father passed away in October 2017 and I was executor and trustee of his estate in Sarasota. His trust stipulated that I sell the house but his wife Anna was permitted to live there until the house sold. Knowing this would be a difficult situation, I needed someone with a lot of experience who could manage not only the preparation and sale of the house but the sensitive nature of someone still living there. Dr. Trabermancompletely exceeded my expectations. As soon as we spoke she got to work. She made regular visits to the house, fostering a trusted relationship with Anna. She also helped Anna sort through and dispose of the clutter. This process inspired Anna to move forward and set goals to move out of the house. When Anna moved out, Dr. Traberman repaired nail holes, took out the trash and hired a cleaning service. She was so transparent about pricing options as my father's house was 20 years old and starting to show its age. The house was listed in March and we got our first offer almost immediately and two more offers shortly thereafter. We reached an agreement and closed June 4th. I cannot say enough about my experience with Tama and I would highly recommend her not just as an agent, but as someone who has expertise in managing complicated estates or remote buyer/sellers.

I interviewed Harvey and several other agents to sell my mother’s home. Kristen was so helpful and insightful in identifying appropriate properties for me to view when looking to purchase a condo in the Sarasota / Bradenton area back in 2010 and helped me navigate the purchase from afar, flawlessly. Over the years since, she's helped me many times with advice, additional prospective searches, or sourcing appraisals, all knowing it was likely not going to be a big payday, if at all, for her. Buying a new house or selling an old one can be a trying and anxious time. There are many challenges, considerations and choices to be made. There are financial arrangements, details of utility service, inspections, and histories. Does the roof leak? Does the water service function properly? Is there gas or propane service? All the sense of security and comfort in one’s home is suddenly challenged in many directions simultaneously. One needs a guide, a scout if you will, to help you through this process with assurance and skill. I was lucky to have Ray Rausa as that scout and guide. Ray was the consummate professional. He knew the market; he knew the housing stock; he knew the details of title searches and inspection services. Above all, he listened carefully to my likes and dislikes. He tailored the searches to meet my needs and my hopes for the perfect home, not just a quick sale. We looked at several areas for homes that would be possible new addresses for me. At all times, Ray was supportive and helpful. And above all patient. He offered suggestions and advise. He pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of various properties. He was a real partner in the process and always was vigilant in representing my interests and welfare. Moving to a new city is fraught with unknown issues and anxieties. We were referred to David through a friend who couldn't say enough good things about him. Having worked with him ourselves now, we couldn't agree more. David helped us find exactly the home we needed for our growing family. We are not first time home buyers and thought that we had everything figured out in the home buying process, but if we had done everything ourselves we would have been in a long ride of obstacles. David was not impressed or intimidated by our pride and knowledgeably guided us through the process again and schooled us on this we did not even consider. He even gave us a great recommendation for a mortgage lender that we ended up using. Everything was smooth and drama-free, exactly as we wanted it to be! We were on a tight timeline to find a home to purchase, and David was available. Every step of the way. Communication with him was easy and prompt. David is good-natured and easy to be around and always professional. Once we found the right home, we again were so appreciative of David's expertise. He provided us the perfect balance of his suggestions for what would be a strong offer for the home we loved in this market, while never pressuring us and always making us feel like the ultimate decision was ours. In the end, we found a great place in less than a month and had closed less than 30 days after that. We can't recommend David highly enough, and will definitely work with him again in the future if the opportunity arises.
