We wanted to let you know we have been working with Kathy to find our retirement home in Sarasota. We started the process in July 2017 when I still had 10 months to retirement. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to work with us even though could not purchase until I finished my career. I did retire in May this year and Kathy worked with us and helped us make a decision on our new home. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

I am sure you already know this, but it is always nice to hear, Emmy Lou Gilbert is a gem. We had quite the roller coaster ride looking for property on Longboat! Emmy Lou was incredibly patient, our true advocate and ALWAYS went the extra mile by going above and beyond. We are closing on our property at the end of the month and I just wanted you to know what an asset she is in your office. Thank you. We purchased a home at 1120 Lord St in Englewood. Ron Paul enthusiastically showed us the home and gave us good ideas on how to improve the kitchen and flooring. The closing was a good experience. I look forward to enjoying out Florida home during the winter months.

we received excellent service from Adam Cuffaro and your staff. Not only was Adam immediately available whenever needed, but the pictures taken of our property were displayed it beautifully. We were thrilled to receive a full price offer 2 days after being on the market. We plan on reaching out to Adam again when we purchase our next property in the area.

I have been working with Joan McMahon for approximately two to three years when Joan heard from a mutual friend that I was planning on retiring to FL from NJ when the time came. Until then, Joan has emailed the listings in the area and, every once in a while, gave a call to let me know the market conditions in Venice. Not only that, but Joan was a great source of information while my own home was on the market. My home sold within a week and, a month and a half later, I was on a plane. All this while, Joan and I were in touch regarding properties I was interested in seeing. The first full day I was here, Joan, our mutual friend Lynn and I visited every house in the area I was looking to live, found my new home with a lake and golf course view and put an offer on the house that night. The house is in bad shape - new roof, etc. - and Joan was with me every step of the way with inspections, suggesting names of contractors I would need to breathe new life into my new home and the seemingly endless back-and-forth negotiation of price, right through to the closing. So here I am, loving Florida living in my new house with views, and after all was said and done, I made a new friend. Joan McMahon was just wonderful through the whole ordeal. I would recommend Joan to anyone looking for their dream home. My experience with Joan and MS was just fabulous. Thanks so much.

John was supportive and informative in all aspects of my property purchase. During the negotiations I had a family emergency back home in Canada throughout my absence John kept me informed and gave me guidance on the completion of my condo purchase.I would highly recommend John to anyone who asked me for a real estate professional to help them to do a purchase in Florida.I am looking forward to making Boca Grove my winter home.
