Lin and Maurice are THE MOST INCREDIBLE REALTORS we have ever worked with! This is the second house we have sold with them and will definitely work with them on another. He did an excellent job assisting us in selling our investment house in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. He handled everything from preparing the house for sale, coordinating with the renter and my property manager (I live out of state), obtaining professional photographs, showcasing the home for prospective buyers and in relatively short order got the house sold for a price fairly close to our listing price. I would highly recommend Matt Cannon as a real estate agent and plan to use his services again going forward.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new home with Phyllis Garfinkel! I had been looking at homes with another company/realtor and was not having any luck. Deborah actually worked with me on two separate real estate transactions within a week First, I purchased a home in the Waterlefe community on June 15, 2018. Secondly, I sold a home in Mango Park on June 21, 2018. Deborah helped me with each transaction, every step of the way, with a professional, friendly and open attitude. Deborah is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate negotiations, regulations and offered wonderful recommendations to help make the transitions smooth and easy. On June 1st, my husband and I closed on our new home in Sarasota. Our realtor, David D’Angelo was amazing. We moved from Key West and found David through a listing that we had been looking at. There were many realtors that we had been speaking to but couldn’t or wouldn’t take the time to listen to what we wanted in a home and would just send us a bunch of listings. David took the time to listen and understand what we wanted in a home and in the area. I would highly recommend David to my family and friends.
