When we decided to purchase a second home on Longboat Key, a good friend highly recommended Terri Thacker as an excellent buyer's agent. And was she ever! We identified the condo community and Terri did everything else. She previewed the unit, negotiated the contract, supervised the inspection, did the pre-close walk through and delivered the keys to us when we finally got to Florida. Yes, Terri made this easy transaction happen without us physically being on Longboat. Face-time, texting and email certainly helped, but she was so organized and communicated so clearly that we trusted her every step of the way. We look forward to a long friendship with Terri and highly recommend her.

Although I worked Kay Barberio, Susan Elkins helped out and walked me through the morning of my home inspection. She pointed out and asked questions about the myriad items I would not have known to ask. I was so comforted by her presence, even with the two great inspectors we had. It's easy to appreciate her kind, courteous and attentive manner. She was so helpful.

I have worked with Debbie Vogler on more than 10 real estate transactions and she is fantastic. Debbie is more than an agent, she is a trusted business associate. Many of the past years that I have worked with Debbie I have been overseas or out of state.
